Briggs and Stratton Float adjustment. Standard 5 HP motor. Just the run of the mill motors. When I clean the carbs I generally replace the needle and seat and I have noticed some that after replacing the needle and seat that the float is not perpendicular to the base. I keep trying different needle and seats until I find one that is.
