Feb 23, 2023 · As of 2023, The Federal is still open and serving customers in Youngstown, OH. Reviews for the bar are quite good, as it has a 4 star rating on its Yelp page. A lot of the other Bar Rescue bars that you’ll see get rated more like 3-3.5 stars, so a 4 star rating is above average for the Bar Rescue alumni. Second Base temporarily closed for health violations in March 2024. While Second Base is still open as of my most recent check in March 2024, the bar has had some issues with health inspections. According to the Orange County Register, Second Base was temporarily closed for a rodent infestation on March 4, 2024.All three of those bars stayed open for a long time - The Second Line Co Bar Rescue visit was Jon's only failure in New Orleans. However, Spirits on Bourbon has now closed as of 2024 (after a succesful run of over a decade).
