RRECS guide has S101 for mail box credit and S112 for CBU credit as if they are calculated daily. Instead there's just one number for the route for the year. Mail boxes get more mail and have another standard from gps to get credit, so, if the average is being dragged down by the cbu side then we're losing time when calculating by a yearly average.Got credited for 0 on my 4241 so doubt they even count them right now.
