I killed him at the mountaintops, thinking it was another version or something corrupted. The nagakiba isn’t at either place. Nagakiba needs 18 STR and 22 dex to wield and you'll need some endurance if you want to dual wield them. I would beat Marg for the lvls then do yuras quest.
