The C, to me, tries to reinvent the 1911 niche in a package that doesn't conceal or manage recoil as well, with magazines that cost (in normal times) a time and a half as much. B. Bri0242. Sergeant. The V1 is German made, low serial number, and I left it V1 as that's how it came NIB. I'm 5'8", 175 lbs. with a 32" waist and have had no problem carrying an HK45C in a Sparks VM-2 all day, every day. It's probably as large and as heavy a gun as I would want to carry IWB but it's definitely not burdensome.
