Whenever I run Breath of the Wild (latest update) with Vulkan, no matter what settings I change for Cemu or FPS++, the game is locked at 20 FPS in gameplay and clearly runs at either half-speed or slower. My hardware is far too good to justify any kind of hardware-based slowdown. I encountered this same issue 3 whole years ago, and the solution ...in regards to the mlc folder, you don't need to do anything with it. it's completely managed by Cemu. it will contain the game files including DLC and updates after you installed them through Cemu, as well as all save files. Generally, you don't have to configure that MLC folder manually.
